DDNS (Dynamic domain name service) is used to let your home net work to have a static service name, cause some home network come with dynamic IP address (IP address will be changed regularly by ISP).
So if you don't know your network IP is dynamic or static, please use AiCloud app to setup directly.

How to apply an ASUS DDNS?
- Goto http://router.asus.com > WAN > DDNS tab
- Enable DDNS client
- Select a DDNS server
- Enter a specific name and apply
FAQ: I have setup DDNS(or you have static IP), how do I access AiCloud?
Answer: You can use https://yourname.asuscomm.com or https://your IP address to access AiCloud.
FAQ: Why it said that I have invalid IP address?
Answer: Because you have a private IP address like 192.168.x.x or 10.0.x.x, please contact your internet service provider for help.
